Before You Buy at The Outset
What shoppers ask most about The Outset.
›Can I use multiple promo codes on a single order?
Shoppers can only apply one promotional code per checkout. Coupon offers cannot be combined with existing markdowns or bundle discounts already active on the cart.
›What is the cutoff time for modifying recurring subscription orders?
Any adjustments or cancellations to an active subscription schedule must be completed by 5 PM ET on the day prior to the scheduled shipment date.
›Are there destination exceptions for international shipments?
International delivery is available across North America, Europe, Australia, and parts of South America, but orders cannot be fulfilled to Ukraine, Turkey, or Chile.
›How are delivery addresses handled for P.O. boxes and military bases?
Orders addressed to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO destinations, Alaska, or Hawaii must route via USPS ground shipping and are excluded from all express delivery options.
How We Verify The Outset Codes
Nothing goes up here on trust. A The Outset code is collected, applied to a real theoutset.com cart, dated the last time it took money off an order, scored on what came back, and pulled once it stops clearing. Promotions have no code to run through a checkout, so those are dated when they go live and dropped when they lapse. Here is how far that has got on this page, and every change the agents logged along the way.
