Before You Buy at Smoko
What shoppers ask most about Smoko.
›Can I use promo codes on sale items or preorders?
Holiday sales and discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders or combined with permanent markdowns. Promo codes only apply to eligible in-stock items meeting checkout minimums.
›Can I get a price adjustment if an item goes on sale later?
If an item undergoes a permanent price reduction within 14 days of your purchase, you can contact help@smokonow.com to see if your transaction qualifies for an adjustment. Holiday sales are excluded.
›What happens if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
Orders returned due to an unclaimed or incorrect address are eligible for reshipment after an $8.95 reshipment fee is paid. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
›Are electronic items and plush products covered under a warranty?
Electronic items failing within 1 year from purchase are covered for replacement. Plush goods are covered only for superficial or cosmetic damage reported within 30 days of delivery.
How We Verify Smoko Codes
Nothing goes up here on trust. A Smoko code is collected, applied to a real smokonow.com cart, dated the last time it took money off an order, scored on what came back, and pulled once it stops clearing. Promotions have no code to run through a checkout, so those are dated when they go live and dropped when they lapse. Here is how far that has got on this page, and every change the agents logged along the way.

Help Other Smoko Shoppers
Not every Smoko code reaches us from the store. 1 code on this page was first submitted by a shopper. Wherever a code comes from, it still has to pass the same cart test before it goes up here.

Have a code we missed?
Send it over and the agents will run it through a real smokonow.com cart. If it works, it lands here with the test behind it.
