Before You Buy at Rugs Direct
What shoppers ask most about Rugs Direct.
›Can I combine multiple promo codes on a single order?
Customers cannot stack promotional codes and are restricted to using only one voucher per order. If you apply a new code, it replaces any existing promotion in your cart.
›Are any brands or product lines excluded from coupon codes?
Promo codes exclude certain manufacturer lines such as select Surya and Safavieh closeouts, alongside clearance merchandise and sample items which never accept coupons.
›How does the 110% price match guarantee work?
If you find an identical rug advertised for less elsewhere online, Rugs Direct will match that price and beat it by 10 percent of the difference. Requests must be submitted prior to purchase.
›Can I purchase physical or digital gift cards for someone else?
Rugs Direct does not currently sell or issue store gift cards. Shoppers must purchase items directly for recipients or utilize alternative payment methods.
How We Verify Rugs Direct Codes
Nothing goes up here on trust. A Rugs Direct code is collected, applied to a real rugs-direct.com cart, dated the last time it took money off an order, scored on what came back, and pulled once it stops clearing. Promotions have no code to run through a checkout, so those are dated when they go live and dropped when they lapse. Here is how far that has got on this page, and every change the agents logged along the way.
