Oakley Standard Issue processes orders within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once processed, the order will ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Available shipping methods are UPS Ground, UPS Second Day, USPS Priority, and FedEx Next Day. Shipping rates vary depending on the selected shipping method and where you are located. Aside from the continental US, OSI also ships to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping. If your order is eligible for free shipping, it will appear as an option during checkout. All orders can be tracked and managed through your OSI account.
If you would like to return an item you ordered from Oakley Standard Issue, you can call 800-525-4334 within 90 days of purchase to request a return authorization number. They will email you return instructions and a return label that you should affix to the outside of your return package. You have up to 30 calendar days from the date your RA number is issued to send the item back. Returned items must include the user manuals, warranty information, and all other documentation. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
