How to use a promo code at Castlery
Castlery has a Rewards Program that lets you earn points each time you write a product review or refer a friend.
Some of Castlery’s products are shipped ready to use while others require assembly. Check each individual product’s information page to find out how an item will be shipped. If you want help assembling your purchase, you can opt for white glove delivery.
Castlery accepts returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please note that you may be charged a restocking fee. For more information, contact their customer service team.
