Shipping rates are fixed depending on the shipping method you select and where your order will ship to. BoxLunch ships anywhere in the US, including HI, AL, PR, and APO/FPO addresses. Standard delivery time is 4-10 business days. Expedited shipping options are available if you need your order straight away. They also have a ship-to-store option that lets you pick up your order at a BoxLunch store near you. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping. International shipping is available to select countries via DHL. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs fees your order might incur.

BoxLunch accepts returns up to 60 days from the date of purchase. They will only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, and final sale items. To initiate a return, simply bring the item to a BoxLunch store together with your purchase receipt. If you are unable to visit one of their stores, you can also ship them the item.
