Instead of leaving you to paste codes one by one, our agents do it first. They run around the clock on a real edx.org cart, so the codes we put at the top of this page are the ones that were still working the last time anyone checked, and the dead ones are already out of your way.

A code check is one result for one code. Most are our agents applying it to a real cart and reading the order total before and after; the rest come from tracked orders and from shoppers reporting back, as broken down above. Worked means the code was accepted and the total went down. Would not apply means edx.org refused it on that cart. That is not the same as the code being fake. The usual reasons are:

• It expired or the store switched it off after it was published.
• It was single-use and had already been redeemed.
• It only covers certain categories, brands or individual products.
• The cart did not reach a minimum spend.
• It is limited to new customers, a first order, or an email sign-up.
• It cannot be combined with an active sale or another code.
• It is tied to a different country, currency or membership.

So a code that failed one check can still work on your cart, and the success rate (checks that worked divided by all checks) is best read as how easily edX discounts apply in general, not as a verdict on any single code. Hover any bar in the chart to see that day on its own.
