Typically, Belk orders arrive within four to seven days after your order date – and that’s with standard shipping, the retailer’s slowest shipping speed. When placed on a business day, your order is immediately processed and on its way to being filled. Depending on your order’s total purchase price, a shipping fee may apply. Larger, more expensive orders are typically free to ship unless you choose an expedited shipping method to receive your items quicker. Both next-day and two-day shipping are offered for increased fees. Shipping fees don’t apply for Belk Elite Rewards customers, who receive free standard shipping when ordering in-store and online.
Unhappy with your order? Belk makes returns simple and straightforward, allowing customers to make returns in two ways: at a brick-and-mortar store or online through the customer service department. Customers have a long time to decide if they’d like to send their purchased items back – Belk allows returns within 180 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Simply take your unwanted items to a Belk store or give customer service a call, and your return will begin being processed. Forgot about the 180-day return period, or lost your receipt? You can still make a return in both instances, but you’ll be refunded the lowest sale price offered in the last 30 days instead of your full payment amount.
