Alice and Olivia uses FedEx to ship their items. The standard delivery time for orders shipped through ground shipping is 1-6 business days. If you would like to guarantee the fast arrival of your order, you can choose 2-day or overnight shipping during checkout. Alice and Olivia processes orders within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. They do not ship to PO Boxes, and they do not offer holiday and weekend shipping. International shipping is available to customers in the US territories, Canada, Australia, Mexico, the Caribbean, India, South America, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and Switzerland.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 21 days of receipt. Returned items must be unwashed and unworn with all their tags still attached. You may not return items marked as final sale. As soon as Alice and Olivia receives your return shipment, they will begin processing your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
