Ground shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver options are also available.

If you’re unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from your purchase date. To initiate a return, email Algenist’s customer service with your name, order number, name of the item you wish to return, and your return reason code. You can see the codes here.
