If you live in Canada, you can shop at their Canada-based store. Expedited and express delivery options are also available. The fees depend on the weight of your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return the item within ten days after receiving it. It should be in good condition and adequately enclosed in its original packaging. Make sure that it’s still unused for sanitary issues. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. When the item meets these criteria, send them an email with your order number, the reason for return, and if the product is a gift or not. You will receive a response with further instructions. The store will not accept returns/exchanges without any prior authorization. Beyond Polish will then issue store credit in the form of a gift card for you to use on your next purchase. All damaged, already opened, and marked as sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
