Alexis Bittar uses UPS to ship their items. All orders have a fixed rate depending on the shipping method you select upon checkout. Ground shipping takes 5-7 business days to arrive, 2nd day air shipping takes 2 business days, and next day air shipping takes 1 business day. They only ship items from Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unworn and undamaged. As soon as your return shipment is received, they will issue credit for the amount of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return an item, log in to your Alexis Bittar account, look for the item you want to return, and click the “create return” link. Further instructions will appear on your screen.
