Shipping, just like the Zoro products available to customers, is incredibly affordable. Orders under $50 are charged just $5 to ship anywhere within the continental United States. All orders $50 and over are free to ship within the same scope. Packages are usually delivered by UPS and arrive within no designated time frame. Instead of leaving from the Zoro warehouse, products ship from their manufacturer and may take longer to arrive at your door. Expedited shipping is available only for certain products, and is limited to business day delivery only; no Zoro orders are delivered on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Currently, Zoro cannot ship to international locations unless customers choose to ship through MyUS.com, a third-party partner.
If you aren’t satisfied with what you received or ordered, all items are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Just send your items back to Zoro, with specification as to whether you’d like to make a return or exchange, and the company will refund you your purchase price or offer different products in return. Make sure to contact customer service before sending any items or orders back; you’ll need return authorization, or an RA number, to begin the process and ensure your items are received by the Zoro team.
