The company ships anywhere within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands but cannot ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Sperry offers 4 types of delivery service. Standard Delivery, wherein the product arrives within 2 to 8 business days from date of order; Express Delivery, the product arrives 2-4 business days; Overnight, 1 to 3 business days; and Custom, wherein the product arrives 3 weeks from date of order. Standard Shipping is free except for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. These will be charged $10 for air shipping.

Products may be returned within 45 days from date of invoice provided that it is unworn and is in the same condition as when it was received.
