Most of their items are shipped from their warehouse in Milwaukee, WI. They ship to most locations in the US and Canada.
EarthEasy accepts returns within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original packaging and must be unused. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless you are returning a damaged or defective item. To return an item, contact EarthEasy’s customer service team to get a return authorization form. Once you get authorization, repackage the item and include a copy of your packing slip with the return shipment.
