Sending precious metals through the mail is quite a feat. Jared ensures your jewelry will make its way to your front door without any problems. The online store ships out each order via UPS or USPS Priority Mail to confirm delivery of the package. All orders placed before 2PM (EST) Monday through Friday ship that same day. Any orders placed after that cutoff, or on a weekend, ship the next day. Be aware that if your jewelry needs sizing, personalization, or is a custom design, your order will take longer to ship. For added security, you can also choose to have your jewelry shipped to your local Jared store for free. Just make sure to pick up your items within 30 days, or they’ll be returned to the warehouse.
Customers have 30 days to make any returns or exchanges. This applies to both online and in-store purchases. Just make your return however you received your order, either online with the Customer Care department on in your local store with an employee. The only items that can’t be returned or exchanged are custom designed jewelry, class rings, and personalized or engraved pieces. Jared is happy to offer you a refund via your original payment method, or to exchange the items for similar ones.

You can reach them from 10AM to 10PM on Saturdays, and 12PM through 9PM on Sundays.
