How to use a promo code at Gravity Forms
All transactions with Gravity Forms are digital. You can immediately start using any of their products or add-ons after your payment method has been billed successfully. You will receive an email confirmation once your license has been approved or renewed.
You can request a refund for any product no later than 30 days from its date of purchase. Once your request is approved, Gravity Forms will immediately deactivate your license and cancel all auto-renewals. You can no longer reactivate or renew a subscription that has been terminated. Partial refunds are not allowed for any transaction. Please go to your account’s dashboard to file a refund request.
