A code check is one result for one code. Most are our agents applying it to a real cart and reading the order total before and after; the rest come from tracked orders and from shoppers reporting back, as broken down above. Worked means the code was accepted and the total went down. Would not apply means acer.com refused it on that cart. That is not the same as the code being fake. The usual reasons are:
- It expired or the store switched it off after it was published.
- It was single-use and had already been redeemed.
- It only covers certain categories, brands or individual products.
- The cart did not reach a minimum spend.
- It is limited to new customers, a first order, or an email sign-up.
- It cannot be combined with an active sale or another code.
- It is tied to a different country, currency or membership.
