If you place your order on Monday- Friday before 2:00 pm, your order ship on the same day. If you order after 2:00 pm, your order will ship the next business day. Blue and Cream uses FedEx as their delivery partners, and they do not ship items to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes.

Only items bought at full price qualify for refunds. If you would like to return an item, you need to request a Return Authorization within 5 days of receiving your package. Returned items have to be accompanied by the original receipt and must be in its original condition. Once they receive your return shipment, the refund will be credited to the card you used during purchase. Please note that underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged item, Blue and Cream will attempt to repair or replace the item. If repairing or replacing the item is not possible, they will issue a full refund.
