Once you subscribe to an Astound Broadband service plan, wait until they arrive at your address to set up all the necessary equipment and infrastructure. The time it takes for them to complete the installation depends on your location and the distance from their nearest service center.
You can request a refund within 30 days from activating your Internet, phone, and TV. This does not include custom device installation, telephone and TV transactions, and select fees. You must return all Astound equipment in-store or via FedEx and terminate all broadband services within the 30-day window to receive a full refund. If you canceled one Astound Broadband service but are still subscribed to another, you will receive credit for your next billing period.
