Depending on their type, e-tickets will arrive within 48 business hours of buying. With Standard Free Shipping, your physical tickets will arrive (in the USA) within 10 business days. Standard Free Shipping is available to some other countries as well, but it’ll take up to 12 business days. If you choose Express Shipping, your tickets will take up to 5 days to arrive, depending on the country. You can also choose to pick up your tickets in Orlando for free. Undercover Tourist offers a 365-day Return Policy. To cancel your tickets, contact them for further shipping instructions. Once they receive and verify your tickets, you’ll receive a refund within 15 business days. You can’t return tickets you used. Expired and tickets that aren’t currently sold on this site, don’t qualify for a refund, too. Please note that Undercover Tourist will charge you a fee of 5% of the total order amount.
