Before You Buy at Smalls
What shoppers ask most about Smalls.
›Can I combine multiple promo codes or coupons on a single subscription box?
Only one promotional code or referral discount can be applied per subscription order at checkout. Promotional codes typically apply exclusively to the initial trial box and do not stack with ongoing subscription discounts or add-on treats.
›Are there any items or product categories excluded from promotional discount codes?
Promo codes and introductory discounts apply only to fresh food subscription sampler boxes and do not cover hard goods, toys, or standalone Smalls Mart add-on items. These permanent merchandise additions are billed at full retail price.
›How do introductory discount codes get applied during the cat food quiz setup?
Promo codes are entered into the designated discount field on the final shipping and billing step right before completing checkout. The system validates single-use eligibility instantly, ensuring the discount reflects on your initial trial box total.
›What is the deadline for modifying or canceling my upcoming recurring subscription deliver
Subscription changes or cancellations must be completed by 8:00 PM EST on the Thursday prior to your scheduled Friday processing charge date. Modifications made after this cutoff will only apply to subsequent delivery cycles.
How We Verify Smalls Codes
Nothing goes up here on trust. A Smalls code is collected, applied to a real smalls.com cart, dated the last time it took money off an order, scored on what came back, and pulled once it stops clearing. Promotions have no code to run through a checkout, so those are dated when they go live and dropped when they lapse. Here is how far that has got on this page, and every change the agents logged along the way.

Help Other Smalls Shoppers
Not every Smalls code reaches us from the store. 8 codes on this page were first submitted by shoppers. Wherever a code comes from, it still has to pass the same cart test before it goes up here.

Have a code we missed?
Send it over and the agents will run it through a real smalls.com cart. If it works, it lands here with the test behind it.
Did a code work for you?
Open any Smalls code above and tell us whether it worked. It takes one tap, no sign-up, and a code that keeps failing gets pulled off the page.
