Merit Code Checks, Day by Day
Every Merit code check from the last 14 days, plotted by the day it ran. Green is how many came back working. Red is how many meritbeauty.com would not accept. That is the checkout testing you did not have to sit through yourself.

where this data came from:
17 automated cart runs13 shoppers reporting back3 web search results1 published by the store
13 of these results came from shoppers telling us whether a code worked; the rest come from automated checks and the other sources above. Last confirmed working on . Codes that stop clearing get pulled off this page automatically.
What These Numbers Mean
A code check is one result for one code. Most are our agents applying it to a real cart and reading the order total before and after; the rest come from tracked orders and from shoppers reporting back, as broken down above. Worked means the code was accepted and the total went down. Would not apply means meritbeauty.com refused it on that cart. That is not the same as the code being fake. The usual reasons are:
- It expired or the store switched it off after it was published.
- It was single-use and had already been redeemed.
- It only covers certain categories, brands or individual products.
- The cart did not reach a minimum spend.
- It is limited to new customers, a first order, or an email sign-up.
- It cannot be combined with an active sale or another code.
- It is tied to a different country, currency or membership.
So a code that failed one check can still work on your cart, and the success rate (checks that worked divided by all checks) is best read as how easily Merit discounts apply in general, not as a verdict on any single code. Hover any bar in the chart to see that day on its own.

When Do New Merit Deals Drop?
Our agents log every new Merit promo code and deal the day it goes live, and record what the working ones took off a real cart. Here's how many landed each month over the past year, how deep the discounts ran, and when it pays to wait.

Before You Buy at Merit
What shoppers ask most about Merit.
›Can I combine multiple promotional codes on a single order?
Merit Beauty allows only one promotional code or coupon per order, and codes cannot be stacked with loyalty rewards unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
›Are there any items excluded from general promo codes?
Standard sitewide discount codes never apply to pre-assembled product sets, gift items, or the Retrospect fragrance line.
›How is the UNiDAYS student discount applied at checkout?
Students must verify their academic status through UNiDAYS to generate a single-use code that is entered manually in the discount box during checkout.
›Do first-time buyers receive any special packaging or items?
Every first order placed directly on the website automatically includes Merit's signature reusable makeup bag at no extra charge.
How We Verify Merit Codes
Nothing goes up here on trust. A Merit code is collected, applied to a real meritbeauty.com cart, dated the last time it took money off an order, scored on what came back, and pulled once it stops clearing. Promotions have no code to run through a checkout, so those are dated when they go live and dropped when they lapse. Here is how far that has got on this page, and every change the agents logged along the way.

Help Other Merit Shoppers
Not every Merit code reaches us from the store. 2 codes on this page were first submitted by shoppers. They have also sent back 13 checkout results in the last 14 days, telling us which codes worked on a real cart and which came up empty. Wherever a code comes from, it still has to pass the same cart test before it goes up here.

Have a code we missed?
Send it over and the agents will run it through a real meritbeauty.com cart. If it works, it lands here with the test behind it.
Did a code work for you?
Open any Merit code above and tell us whether it worked. It takes one tap, no sign-up, and a code that keeps failing gets pulled off the page.
