JOANN Fabrics and Crafts delivers in the United States, the US Territories, and Canada. It also provides free shipping for orders above $75. The company has three options for shipping. Standard Shipping takes 6 to 30 business days and is available in the US, Canada, and US Territories. Express Shipping, which takes 3 to 4 days, is available only in the contiguous United States. Lastly, Express Plus Shipping takes 2 to 3 days and is limited to the continental United States. However, not all items are eligible for Express Shipping and Express Plus Shipping. The shipping rate is based on the value of the item, your location, and the shipping method. Also, some items are charged a Special Handling fee.
You can return items ordered from the online store within 90 days of purchase. A returned item should be in its original packaging.
