What These Numbers Mean
A code check is one result for one code. Most are our agents applying it to a real cart and reading the order total before and after; the rest come from tracked orders and from shoppers reporting back, as broken down above. Worked means the code was accepted and the total went down. Would not apply means ernestjones.co.uk refused it on that cart. That is not the same as the code being fake. The usual reasons are:
- It expired or the store switched it off after it was published.
- It was single-use and had already been redeemed.
- It only covers certain categories, brands or individual products.
- The cart did not reach a minimum spend.
- It is limited to new customers, a first order, or an email sign-up.
- It cannot be combined with an active sale or another code.
- It is tied to a different country, currency or membership.
So a code that failed one check can still work on your cart, and the success rate (checks that worked divided by all checks) is best read as how easily Ernest Jones discounts apply in general, not as a verdict on any single code. Hover any bar in the chart to see that day on its own.

Before You Buy at Ernest Jones
What shoppers ask most about Ernest Jones.
›Are promotional codes applicable to all watch brands?
Promotional codes exclude select prestige watch brands such as Omega, Rolex and TAG Heuer. Furthermore, discount codes never apply to loose diamonds, previously reduced clearance items, or gift card purchases.
›Can I combine multiple discount codes on a single purchase?
Only one promotional code or voucher can be applied per online transaction. Codes cannot be stacked with items already featured in seasonal sales or promotional bundles.
›Does Ernest Jones offer a post-purchase price match or adjustment?
Ernest Jones operates a Price Promise policy allowing price matching against designated competitors prior to purchase. Post-purchase price adjustments are not honoured if an item goes on sale after purchase.
›How does the gift-wrapping service work for online orders?
Gift packaging is available for a flat fee of £3 per order, covering all items in the basket. Personalised items or engraved pieces are dispatched in custom packaging designed specifically to protect bespoke finishes.
How We Verify Ernest Jones Codes
Nothing goes up here on trust. A Ernest Jones code is collected, applied to a real ernestjones.co.uk cart, dated the last time it took money off an order, scored on what came back, and pulled once it stops clearing. Promotions have no code to run through a checkout, so those are dated when they go live and dropped when they lapse. Here is how far that has got on this page, and every change the agents logged along the way.

Help Other Ernest Jones Shoppers
Our agents find most Ernest Jones codes, but they cannot see the one that came in your order confirmation or got handed to you at the till. Those come from shoppers, and every code sent in gets the same cart test as the rest of this page.
Have a code we missed?
Send it over and the agents will run it through a real ernestjones.co.uk cart. If it works, it lands here with the test behind it.
Did a code work for you?
Open any Ernest Jones code above and tell us whether it worked. It takes one tap, no sign-up, and a code that keeps failing gets pulled off the page.
