Chemical Guys offers standard ground shipping within the continental US. Standard delivery time is 5-9 business days. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. Chemical Guys ships to Alaska and Hawaii, but they do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. Shipping fees are calculated based on the value of your order and your shipping address.

Chemical Guys accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, but only if the item is unused and unopened. To start the return process, contact the Chemical Guys customer service team to request a return authorization number. Once you get your RMA number, send the item back using any courier. Chemical Guys recommends you use a traceable and insurable delivery method. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and that returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
