Free shipping is available when you spend the minimum amount required on their website. Otherwise, a flat fee will be applied to your order during checkout. They ship to all addresses within the United States except P.O. boxes and AFO/FPO boxes. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories might have additional shipping and handling fees.
You can return most products within 30 days after receiving them. These items must still be in new, uninstalled condition inside their original packaging. Some products are marked non-refundable on their store page. Any items damaged during shipping must be reported to customer service no later than three days upon receipt to qualify for a free replacement. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
