Next-Day shipping is also available for an extra fee, and your order will arrive the next business day if you placed it before noon CST. Impression kits take 1 to business days to arrive, while your first set of aligners will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. Succeeding aligner replacements take about 4 to 5 weeks to arrive at your address.

You can request a refund no later than 30 days after receiving your aligners. Free touch-ups are also offered during and after your treatment. Register your aligners through your SmileDirectClub account or mobile app before starting your treatment to qualify for a full refund. If you request a return beyond the 30-day window, contact their customer support for instructions on how to receive a partial refund. You must pay the shipping fee when you return your aligners.
