Print Pictures partners with UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ship their prints. They ask that you enter a valid street address to ensure swift delivery of your order. Standard processing time is 14 business days. Your shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email as soon as your order ships. If you have any questions about your order’s shipping method or delivery timeframe, you may call Print Picture’s customer service team.
Because your prints are made exclusively for you, Print Pictures cannot accept returns if your print is not defective or damaged. If the print you receive is incorrect or damaged in any way, they will do their best to make it right, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund. Returns for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, send an email to Print Pictures’ customer service team. Be sure to include your name, order number, a reason for the return, and a photo of the print you received.
