You may use the JustAnswer platform to seek expert advice immediately after creating an account. New users may sign up for a free trial before continuing with an ongoing paid membership. You may also subscribe to additional premium services or choose to pay per question asked if you do not want to pay for a membership.
You may cancel your membership no later than 24 hours before your current billing period ends. Go to the membership page of your account and click the cancel button or contact the JustAnswer customer support team via call or email to entirely cancel a membership. Subscriptions purchased using a third-party app or platform must be settled by contacting the customer service team of that app or platform. Partial memberships are not eligible for refunds, but you will still have access to JustAnswer services until your next pay period.
