Jans ships to most locations in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. They also ship to APO/FPO addresses. In fact, all orders to APO/FPO address ship free. For all other orders, shipping fees are calculated based on shipping destination, the size and weight of the order, and the selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the exact shipping destination, but most orders arrive within 1-6 business days.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from Jans, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. All returned items must be in their original packaging, and all manufacturer tags must still be attached. Certain items are not eligible for return, including ski boots, underwear, avalanche beacons, and final sale items.
