The Grill Masters Club subscription boxes ship every 7th and 9th of each month, so you can expect your package to arrive within 3-8 days after it has been shipped. Don’t worry. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s movement.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please ensure that you do it before the 15th of the month. Also, bear in mind that canceling does not initiate a refund. You can cancel and contact customer support before your box reaches the shipping page to get a refund. Please log in to your account and manage your subscription to start the cancellation.
