Once your order is placed and your credit card approved, the company will print your canvas image. If you’re a U.S. customer, it will take approximately five to 10 business days to create and process. Then, your canvas will be ready for shipment. Shipping, on average, takes two to 10 business days to reach your address. Oversized products may take even more time. All orders and canvases ship vis UPS SurePost or UPS Ground. Every order does come with a shipping fee of some amount. That fee depends on the size of your canvas and the number of products you’ve ordered. Shipping costs get finalized during the checkout process. All international customers will be subject to increased fees and a custom shipping quote.

You can choose to either exchange the piece for one of equal value or return the piece for a refund. Exchanges come with no additional charge if they’re processed within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges received 15 days out or more will get hit with a 20% processing fee, plus new shipping charges. Returns for a refund are trickier. Because Great Big Canvas products are custom, all refunds come with a 40% processing fee. So, when you ask for a refund, expect to receive only 60% of your money back. Both refunds and exchanges cannot be accepted after 365 days from the shipment date.
