Most items at Frontera are ready to assemble and can be shipped for free to most US addresses via FedEx ground shipping. If your address does not qualify for free shipping, Frontera will contact you before processing your order. Large and heavy items have to be shipped by freight and may have higher shipping fees.
If for any reason you are not happy with the new furniture your purchased from Frontera, you can contact their customer service team within seven days of delivery. To avoid the hassle of going through the return process, Frontera suggests that you request fabric or wood stain samples before placing your order.
