Shipping costs and delivery times vary and are calculated based on the total value of your order, the shipping destination, and your selected shipping method. Chief ships anywhere in the US, including Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. They also ship to Canada. Standard delivery time within the continental US is 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available if you need your order right away. Embroidered items and custom products will take longer to arrive.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it to Chief within 30 days for a refund, credit, or exchange. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, and must still have all original tags attached. If your order arrived with free gifts, those must be returned as well. Custom and personalized products cannot be returned. If you would like to return an item, contact Chief via email to request a return authorization. You can also log in to your Chief account to get a return authorization number. Your RMA number must be visible on the outside of your return shipment. Return shipments without an RMA number will not be accepted.
