Shipping and Returns Policies
Build.com charges the same for shipping on most orders (some exclusions apply): orders over $49 ship for free via UPS Ground, while orders under $49 ship for $5.99. Freight orders over $1,500 also ship for free. Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for most free shipping orders. It’s best to check the shipping costs with your zip code during checkout before finalizing any shipping budgets. You can also choose expedited shipping options (Second Day or Next Day Air); costs for these options vary depending on where you live and how much the order is. Although Build.com cannot ship to U.S. territories, they do ship to Canada and some military addresses. Folks who have an APO/FPO/DPO address have to contact customer service for a custom shipping quote before placing an order.
Returns are simple with Build.com, and there are a few requirements you must fulfill to return an item. The item must be returned within 60 days of delivery. It must be in resalable condition, and it must include the manufacturer’s box and packaging. Returns cannot be missing any pieces (amongst other minor requirements).
