1 Stop Florists can ship to most addresses within the United States and Canada. Flower arrangements cannot be delivered to PO boxes and some rural locations. Most flowers and gifts will arrive at your recipient’s address between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Same-day delivery is available for some items if you place an order before 1:00 pm in the recipient’s time zone. You can change the shipping address for your order for free if it is not yet out for delivery. Otherwise, you may be charged additional fees.
You cannot return perishables, flowers, fresh produce, personalized gifts, and most fragile products. Eligible non-perishable items can be returned in their original packaging no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Contact their customer service team to initiate a return request. You will be refunded through store credit, which you can use for future orders. 1 Stop Florists can substitute any item with another of equal value or higher if your original order is no longer available.
